THE WORK ISN’T THE HARD PART.

It’s finding out
who’s handling it.

The request in the wrong place. The follow-up nobody saw. The “any update?” you’ve sent three times. Your team doesn’t need more places to talk. It needs a clear way to take responsibility.

A SHORTER PATH TO DONE

Write it. Route it.
Consider it handled.

One place to ask.
A clear person responsible.
An ending you can see.

01WRITE
What do you need?

Just say what you need.

A request, a question, a decision. Add a deadline or a file. You don’t need to know who to send it to.

Responsibility, resolved.

Handled matches the request to a subject. Its owners see the work. One person claims it. If the subject is unclear, you can choose it.

A finish. Not another follow-up.

Replies, files and the outcome stay together. Finished work leaves the queue. Its record is there when you need it.

CLARITY, BUILT IN

A living map.
Of who owns
what.

Your company is more than an org chart. See the subjects people own, the work in motion, and what’s already been handled.

SPACE TO DO YOUR ACTUAL WORK

Less noise.
More headspace.

Ordinary work arrives in batches. Urgency has a limit. Your queue is for the things that need you, and it’s designed to get smaller.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE. THE RIGHT CONTEXT.

Some work is public.
Some work is private.

Choose Public for company visibility. Choose Private for just you and the subject’s owners. Replies and attachments follow the same rule.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

How does Handled know who owns the work?

It matches what you write against your company’s subjects and owners. Connected routing can use a language model; the local preview uses a built-in matcher. When the subject is unclear, you can choose it. Explicit subject corrections help future matching.

Can several people own the same subject?

Yes. All the subject’s owners see new work, and one claims responsibility. The other owners keep access to the conversation, so context stays with the subject.

What happens to replies and attachments?

They stay with the request. You can reply, attach files or paste an image. When the work is complete, you can find the outcome and conversation from its subject history.

Does everyone see everything?

Public work is visible across your company. Private work is readable only by its author and current subject owners. Before a private request has a subject, only its author can see it. An offline device receives access changes when it reconnects.

Can we start using Handled today?

What will it cost?
